Well out of the people i know:
Enaji (my alt) = lvl 42 med nin
amorveraz = lvl 69 med nin
SanaSakura = lvl 41 med nin


people i know have high med levels that you may want to ask would be,
Challa and JoakimMos (his alt not his main is the med nin).
