Nin User Jutsu

I need info about to rise jutsu power.

For exzample:

I have 20k nin off
intel 30+ will30k+
Jutsu GC lvl 100

I do the B rank mission range dmg 20k-35k

compere with this one

weapon off 100k+
intel 10k+ will 10k+
Jutsu CS lvl 100

Can do dmg for B rank mission range 30k-40k

*My question here is.. is it true if we rise our nin off it can rise our Jutsu power in the same time.
p/s I know the gen stat is the main thing to rise our Jutsu power..but I wonder if nin off also can help.

ofcourse nin offense helps
it increase ur max dmg say for e.g u make 80k nin offense u will do 50-70k dmg

1. focus on one offence type
2. train depend on ur above decision

thanx guys for the help... after I reac my gen stat for 40k intel and 40k will..I will focus my nin off..it will be rise to 100k then...I going for my hp ( for god seek how I can rise my hp faster like Ocean lols )

kebal, ur stat is the nin off 20k one or weap off 100k one

the generals must be 50% or a lil more frm ur offence
then maybe it can be a gd match to do gd dmg

ShadowSkitty: why our jutsu dmg up and down..which I mean sometime we can do great dmg ( lucky strike )..then it back to normal hits ( attack the same user )

exzample:

with my ( I call it lucky strike ) best hit I can do 50+k. My normal hits dmg 20k+ to 40k+..sometimes I asking myself..wtf going on with me.

train ur nin offence to 50k first (> ur highest general). i think zoneman can give me a good rival (same type)

Ocean my dear friend you didnt misunderstood.. you already giving me the right guide about my path to be nin user.

What I am saying here I just wonder why the hitting dmg is not consisten ^^. It always giving random dmg.

1.depend on user
2.correct jutsu generals help to build up its stability
3.elemental jutsu contributes some randomness

hmm Ocean can you tell me how to stabilize my BR pls ?? Sometimes i do as low as 17 , and sometimes as high as 100k... It really sux O_O and also can you tell me how much should my offense and will be compared to my intell ?? like ofense = intel x 2 or will = 50% of intel ... stuff like that xD

nin offense really helps increase damage...
