Sad to say, but although the will debuff looks pretty, it's not all that great when compared to a 15% heal [CSclones] or a 20% offense boost [WC].

Do note that CSclones are not effected by the will debuff leading me to believe that either:
a) Data is messed up
b) Will is merely a secondary general which don't seem to even matter in this new formula.

it doesn't work,I tested it using Shadow blade,it became quite worthless.

it increases ur offence stat only ...not on the percentage dmg o.o

Does it?Who confirmed it? If so,it should show it in Battle Log like all other jutsus.Let me reprot it in bug Section on forum and we'll see how it works.
