It has come to Management's attention, that the village I rule over (Glacier), sucks.

As such, drastic actions have been undertaken to combat this unprecedented situation.

During our examination of the village, we discovered a problem - the local players, by majority, are far inferior to those in Shroud.

And that Glacier only had risen this far due to mass alt killing bots written by those jealous of Current's power.

Doing the right and responsible thing, we took Kage to use Glacier to cap Shadow Precision, and ditch it like the mockery it is.

Remember this well, "penguinz". We took this village you love so much, we blew our noses on it, and threw it in the trash when we were done with it. Consider yourself used. So long Glacier, we are out of here. xD

What Achachu wrote in the orders were just alibi, they just don`t have enough followers to raid for them. And the fact the regen decreases every week. They thought Glacier would surpass Shroud in regen so they choose to Glacier, but they failed since pinoy left for Shroud xDD
