I'll nominate Marshal. Even though he was there just for a little while, I really liked his way of doing things and how he saw Shine as a peaceful place. ^^
I'll also nominate Miscy/Misc. That would be also because I really liked how he did things. He wouldn't have refused a challenge if I asked him but I let him be.

hes awesome kage...good raider and also nice kage..but too many want take kage from him, think they are the best
but now hes busy...
but, he still have a time for raid...thats why i like him 
siilentz...
nothing can i say about him, he's good too..
can defend and raid...^^ like neeji (but i think neeji when taking kage most active in raid)
