omega and kvs were never kage when I was there, and ...well, will never be, so I guess I have to nominate S.E.N. as best kage of horizon, Ocean.

and why is even an nomination from a non villager even a consideration?

You might aswell place OmegaRed, KVS and S.E.N and those are the only three real options avaible o.o my vote goes to KVS though~ one of the orginals.

sen shouldn't even be up there e.e all they're doing is passing kage around since marisa and all the other ubers are only using them for raiding =/
